USA Hockey
USA Hockey registration is required for all players and for practice drop ins.
You must register/renew annually. Visit usahockey.com for more information (see below).
All players MUST submit their current USA Hockey number by filling this Google Form OR sending an e-mail to Erin Blake before stepping onto the ice.
Upon registration you must have the 2023-2024 USAH# submitted.
